Refund policy

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Once you notify us, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We will issue a full refund — including the standard outbound shipping cost — within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Custom or personalized items
• Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
